SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME: No more than 2 business days. Orders are not processed on the weekend. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES: Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not responsible for custom fees and any duties or taxes associated with your purchase.

DAMAGES & LOST GOODS: GIANINE BIKINI is not responsible for any lost or stolen packaged during transit/delivery. Please contact the carrier and file a claim. 

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.

Please check your local customs website for more information. Customer will still be responsible for these charges even if the package is refused.
